Caring Connections LLC was formally established in 2023, as a personal services organization focused on servicing those who need assistance in their homes including companionship, attendant care and approved to assist individuals with the Bureau of Disabilities (BDS). Based on our deep knowledge and experience with challenged youth, we offer services to our aging community to provide them with life services that they will need during a critical stage in their life.  

We are organized by co-owners who are dedicated to business growth and development and day to day operations and  execution. We are licensed through the Indiana Department of Health and our staff are checked for findings through the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency.
 
Melissa Lane, co-owner and chief executive officer, has been partnering with the State of Indiana on youth mentoring and mental health capabilities since 2010. Melissa has a bachelor's degree in Behavior Science and is passionate about mentorship. In her current responsibilities, she teaches life skills and behavior to troubled youth in Boone, Marion, and Hendricks counties. Her passion for Indiana's youth success and the adoption experience has been realized through her personal life story. She's a true testament to a successful and local experience. For 13 years, she's been skilled in championing, developing relationships and fostering partnerships for the benefit of children and families in Indiana.
 
Ericka Riding, co-owner and chief operating officer, is an award-winning digital and social media expert and business owner. She has been developing digital innovation and social media campaigns for over 10 years for Fortune 500 companies. She has a bachelor's degree. She's received awards for her innovative approach to strategy that drive awareness and educate patient populations globally. Ericka has successfully launched impactful global campaigns in Asia, Europe, and South America. She's worked for three major pharmaceutical companies driving value to customers around the world. She's familiar with working in a highly regulated environment to protect the anonymity of customers.
